As a Field Agent, you will engage directly with community members, helping them understand and apply for free wireless programs such as Lifeline and ACP.

Responsibilities:

  • Inform potential customers about the Lifeline and ACP programs.
  • Assist with application submissions for free smartphones, tablets, and wireless services.
  • Ensure compliance with program rules and documentation requirements.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay up-to-date with wireless programs and offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently in the field.
  • Familiarity with local communities and customer service experience preferred.

Brands Supported:

We are looking for Managers to oversee field operations, ensure program compliance, and coordinate team activities. Managers play a crucial role in guiding agents and improving customer experiences.

Our Recruiters identify and attract the best talent to our growing organization. This role requires understanding of the wireless industry and excellent candidate evaluation skills.

The Marketing Coordinator manages campaigns and community outreach initiatives to inform customers about free government phone programs and promotions.
